What is Norwegian Cruise Line's current focus on the MICE sector?

Our focus is on international markets, meaning outside the United States and Canada. We are working to attract groups looking to organize incentives, conferences, or large-scale meetings aboard our cruise ships.

What kind of facilities do you offer on your cruises for meetings and events?

We have ships with capacities from 250 to approximately 4,000 passengers, distributed across three brands:

Norwegian Cruise Line, our contemporary line, with the largest spaces, ideal for families and large groups.

Oceania Cruises, our premium line, with ships of between 600 and 1,200 passengers, stands out for its culinary focus.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises, our luxury brand, with ships for 250 to 500 passengers. Everything is included: meals, drinks, and excursions.

We can transform any space on board: a restaurant can become a meeting room, or the upper deck can be a venue for parties or custom events. We encourage planners to be creative; we take care of bringing your ideas to life.

Do you also provide services such as event planning, catering, and beverages?

Yes, absolutely. Everything is included in the initial price, from food and drinks to the use of the venues. There are no hidden fees or additional costs afterward.

What strategies do you use to promote your product to the MICE segment?

We actively participate in industry trade shows and organize fam trips because we know that once customers experience our product, they better understand its value. It's not just about showing photos; it's about living the experience.

What steps are you taking to make cruise ship events more sustainable?

We have a complete sustainability department. We recycle, treat water on board, choose ports with sustainable policies, and prioritize local procurement of supplies to avoid unnecessary air travel. We also have active commitments to reduce emissions. I'm happy to share all this more detailed information in writing.
