The event will take place at the Megapolis Hotel and will bring together more than 500 tourism industry leaders from across the region under the theme "Connecting Horizons."
With an agenda designed to adapt to the industry's ongoing changes, MarketHub Americas will offer a space for tourism professionals to analyze the evolving landscape. Over two days, attendees will be able to delve into the key trends, technological innovations, and new behaviors that are shaping the future of tourism.
The event will begin with an exclusive interview with Carlos Muñoz, Chief Commercial Officer and Deputy CEO of HBX Group, who will share his vision and experience on the evolution of the sector, backed by more than 20 years of experience in the travel industry.
The program will also include participation from some of the industry's most recognized voices. Olivier Ponti, Director of Intelligence and Marketing at ForwardKeys, will deliver a keynote presentation featuring updated data and analysis on global travel flows, emerging trends, and behavioral shifts that are redefining tourism.
One of the roundtables will analyze how travelers' expectations and needs have evolved. Under the title "Digital Detox, Hyperpersonalization, or Slow Travel: What Trends Are Shaping the Future of Tourism?", industry experts will discuss where the industry is headed. Among them will be Una O'Leary, Vice President of Global Partnerships at Virtuoso Travel, who will share her vision on how to adapt to better serve more discerning travelers.
Later, Javier Cabrerizo, Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer of HBX Group, will discuss the impact of Generation Z on travel-related consumer habits. In his presentation, he will explore how brands can align with the values and preferences of this new generation to stay relevant and future-proof.
The MarketHub Americas 2025 program will also feature speakers from Visit Panama, Rappi, Morgan Stanley, and Amazon Web Services, who will share their insights on key topics such as digital transformation, innovation, and the market's ability to adapt to change.
The event is supported by the host sponsor, Visit Panama, as well as strategic partners such as Megapolis Hotel, Minor Hotels, Disney Destinations, Panama Cruise Tours, Rixos Hotels, Clermont Hotel Group, and Experience Kissimmee. Their collaboration highlights the value of cross-sector partnerships in building the future of tourism.
