IPW 2025 takes place at McCormick Place in Chicago, one of the largest convention centers in North America. The city dresses up to welcome more than 6,000 delegates from 70 countries, including buyers, exhibitors, and trade press. The fair features business meetings, seminars, and networking events aimed at strengthening relationships and generating new business opportunities.

Among the event's highlights are initiatives to promote sustainable tourism and the industry's recovery after the challenges of recent years. Chicago, as host, also showcases its cultural and culinary offerings, inviting visitors to experience its diversity and richness.
