VidantaWorld announces the debut of LUDŌ, Latin America's first resident immersive water show

Mexico City, June 16, 2025 – Vidanta Group and Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group officially announce the premiere of LUDŌ , a permanent, immersive aquatic show that will mark a milestone in Latin American entertainment. The production will open on December 12, 2025, at the BON Luxury Theme Park, within VidantaWorld Nuevo Vallarta, consolidating Mexico as a global benchmark for luxury tourism and avant-garde artistic experiences.

With a significant investment and more than 300 annual performances already scheduled, LUDŌ represents a bold evolution in Cirque du Soleil's history. The staging combines symbolic storytelling, immersive technology, high-level acrobatics, and a culinary offering designed to blend harmoniously with the show's narrative. The 27-meter-high circular theater, inspired by the lotus flower, features 360-degree visibility and cutting-edge acoustics and lighting technology.

The play narrates the journey of Ludovico, a theater director who dives into a mystical cenote in search of his lost creativity. This metaphorical immersion gives rise to a sensorial exploration of memory, wonder, and expressive freedom, with water as a central symbol and fundamental stage element.

The culinary offering, developed by chef Alexis Bostelmann, integrates each dish into LUDŌ 's narrative universe , allowing culinary art to become an active part of the experience.
