What was the main objective of Disney's participation in this international meeting?
We came with the entire international sales and marketing delegation from Disney Destinations to reconnect with travel agents from around the world. In my case, focusing especially on Latin America, we sought to strengthen our relationships with our key clients and share all the news, promotions, and updates we have on the Disney product.
What new features would you highlight at Disney parks for the coming years?
There are many, but among the most anticipated are a new villain-themed land at Magic Kingdom, the arrival of Cars to Frontierland at Walt Disney World Resort, and the opening of a Monsters Inc. land at Hollywood Studios, which will feature the first suspended roller coaster at Disney parks.
At Disney's Animal Kingdom, we're developing a new area called Tropical Americas, which will include an Indiana Jones attraction with a Mayan temple, an Encanto area, a carved wooden carousel with animals, and an open-air marketplace.
Also on the horizon are recent experiences like Tron Lightcycle/Run, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, and the complete reimagining of Epcot.
What promotions are active for the Latin American public?
We're launching a new benefit for Walt Disney World Resort: if you purchase a four-day or longer ticket, we'll give you two additional days free. This allows you to explore the parks more leisurely and enjoy each experience without rushing. This promotion will be available until mid-September.
At Disneyland Resort, as part of its 70th anniversary celebration, we're also launching three-day tickets for adults and children at promotional prices.
From your personal experience, what would a perfect day at Disney be like?
I'm a father of two young children, so I really enjoy the attractions designed for them. I love starting with breakfast inside the park, playing games as a family, and going on experiences like Journey of Water or Inspired by Moana if it's warm. The most rewarding part is seeing the kids' excitement on each ride. Also, when we travel with media or partners, we experience premieres together like Tron, Tiana's Bayou Adventure, Guardians, or Remy's Ratatouille Adventure. Even as adults, we all become kids again for a while.
What options does Disney offer for corporate events?
Whether it's for launches or corporate incentives, hosting an event at our parks is always an unforgettable experience. Many companies leverage the magic of Disney to motivate and reward their teams with activities within the parks, creating unique moments that become part of the company's DNA.
