Blue Diamond Resorts partners with HBS to strengthen talent development

Blue Diamond Resorts has signed a new partnership with HBS, Hospitality Business School America, to offer international certification programs in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management to its team members in Mexico.

HBS is the official representative in Mexico of VET (Vocational Education and Training) offered by EHL, the technical and vocational training division of École hôtelière de Lausanne, recognized as the world's leading hospitality school. Through this collaboration, an initial group of 20 employees from various resorts in the portfolio in Mexico will join a 12-month program focused on developing practical skills, operational leadership, and international service standards.

In-person classes will be held weekly, alongside each participant's work responsibilities, and the content will be tailored to real-life work environments at Blue Diamond Resorts. This initiative seeks to foster both individual development and operational excellence, ensuring that every guest interaction is guided by skilled and passionate professionals.
