CEOs of the world's leading airlines will take the stage at the World Aviation Festival 2025

The world's largest aviation technology event has announced its 2025 keynote speaker lineup, which will feature top industry executives

The 2025 edition, which will be held from October 7 to 9 at the Lisbon International Book Fair, will feature the CEOs of IAG, TAP Air Portugal, RwandAir, IndiGo, Vueling, and other companies, who will share exclusive insights into the strategies that will shape the future of commercial aviation.

With 600 speakers and over 4,500 aviation professionals expected to attend, WAF 2025 promises a packed agenda of topics covering artificial intelligence and machine learning, digital transformation, customer experience, airline retail, and sustainability.

The event will feature sixteen conferences over three days, each designed to highlight key innovations and viable solutions for airlines, airports, and travel technology providers. With more than 400 exhibitors, live demonstrations, and dedicated networking spaces, attendees will be able to interact with decision-makers from across the industry.
