Peru Travel Mart 2025 kicked off its business roundtable, consolidating its position as the leading professional gathering for the tourism sector in the country.

For three days, from June 26 to 28, Lima hosted this event, which brought together more than 180 international buyers from 27 countries—from Germany to South Korea—who held negotiation meetings with 175 Peruvian tourism companies.

This year's event is expected to generate nearly $19 million in business opportunities, thanks to its pre-scheduled meeting format between national operators and international buyers.

For the first time, Peru Travel Mart decentralized its operations with business meetings in Arequipa and Cusco, as well as a familiarization trip to Chachapoyas, in the Amazon. This strategy seeks to expand its commercial impact to the regions and consolidate its active participation in the country's tourism value chain.

Organized by the National Chamber of Tourism (CANATUR) with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR) through PROMPERÚ, the Peru Travel Mart has been officially declared an Event of National Tourist Interest.

This recent edition sought not only to boost inbound tourism but also to establish Peru as a benchmark for quality and sustainability in the global travel industry.
