Copa Airlines, a subsidiary of Copa Holdings, SA and a member of the global airline network Star Alliance, announces the addition of its new destination, Los Cabos, Mexico, as well as the reactivation of its flights to Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic, and Salvador Bahía, Brazil. With these three routes, Copa Airlines continues to strengthen the region's connectivity through the Hub of the Americas®, located at Tocumen International Airport in Panama City.

Los Cabos, Mexico:
Located at the southern tip of Mexico's Baja California Sur Peninsula, Los Cabos is known for its unique landscapes that blend desert and ocean, crystal-clear beaches, and the iconic Stone Arch where the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific meet.
It's an ideal destination for active tourism, with its array of recreational and sports activities and vibrant nightlife in Cabo San Lucas. Furthermore, Los Cabos is known as one of Mexico's most complete culinary destinations, with a wide variety of restaurants that experiment with a fusion of
national and international culinary influences.
Starting December 4, 2025, Copa Airlines will begin operating this new route with three weekly flights, on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. The flight will depart from Tocumen International Airport in Panama at 9:09 a.m. (local time), arriving at
Los Cabos International Airport in Mexico City at 12:27 p.m. (local time). The return flight will depart Los Cabos on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 1:33 p.m. (local time), landing in Panama City at 8:30 p.m. (local time).
Reactivated routes: Santiago de los Caballeros and Salvador Bahía

Copa will resume operations to and from Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic, beginning January 15, 2026, with three weekly flights on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. The route will depart Panama City at 11:26 a.m. (local time), arriving at Cibao International Airport at 2:56 p.m. (local time). The return flight will depart on the same days at 3:51 p.m., arriving in Panama City at 5:43 p.m. (local time).
Additionally, starting January 7, 2026, Copa Airlines will restart its service to Salvador Bahía, Brazil, with four weekly frequencies on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. The flight from Panama will depart at 4:03 pm (local time), arriving at Salvador Deputado Luís Eduardo Magalhães International Airport at 12:30 am. The return flight will operate on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, departing at 1:30 am (local time), landing in Panama at 6:45 am (local time).
With the addition of these routes, Copa Airlines expands its network to 91 destinations in 32 countries in Central, South, North America, and the Caribbean.
