The Honduran Tourism Institute (IHT), in conjunction with the San Pedro Sula Convention Bureau and the Federation of Latin American Congress Organizing Entities (COCAL), will officially host the 41st edition of the COCAL Congress, which will take place in San Pedro Sula.
This important international gathering promises to consolidate its position as a strategic platform for strengthening meeting tourism in Latin America, promoting the exchange of knowledge, trends, and innovations in the sector. Through keynote addresses, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities, COCAL 2025 will bring together event organizers, service providers, and leaders in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry.
The Congress organization has the institutional support of national and local authorities, including the Honduran Vice Minister of Tourism, Reizel Vilorio; the president of COCAL, Luis Martínez; the president of the San Pedro Sula Convention Bureau, Guillermo Orellana; the president of the San Pedro Sula branch of the National Chamber of Tourism of Honduras, Ana Morales; and the rector of the University of San Pedro Sula, Senén Villanueva, all of whom have expressed their commitment to the event's success.
