Palladium Hotel Group continues to strengthen its commitment to local communities, the environment,
and its employees through its Palladium Cares initiative, its global Corporate Social Responsibility program, which is celebrating its second anniversary with significant results achieved in the Americas and Europe: more than 4,000 direct beneficiaries, 8,000 volunteer hours, free training programs, innovative environmental projects, and new partnerships with NGOs and local institutions.
“The progress of Palladium Cares reflects the group's commitment to lasting positive impact. The effort and dedication of our employees are the driving force behind large-scale, impactful projects. We are grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with NGOs that share our values and help us make our initiatives a reality. The Americas have opened extraordinary doors for us, and we celebrate the impact we are experiencing there, especially in the social and sustainable areas. We continue to generate value for employees, the planet, and local communities,” says Gloria Juste, Senior Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at Palladium Hotel Group.
NEW TRAINING CENTERS AND JOB OPPORTUNITIES IN LATIN AMERICA
Latin America has been the driving force behind the success of the Training Centers, a Palladium Cares initiative that provides free vocational training with work experience at the group's hotels. Among the most notable achievements of the past year are:
In Mexico, the Isla Mujeres center trained more than 2,000 people in partnership with Fundación Origen.
In Jamaica, 102 students are currently enrolled at seven centers, 86 already completing internships.
In Brazil, 250 young people received hospitality courses, with 32 of them completing internships.
Following this impact, Palladium Cares is launching its first European operation, opening a new center in Ibiza in partnership with Caritas, where 45 vulnerable individuals will be trained after the tourist season.
ENVIRONMENTAL AND BIODIVERSITY PROJECTS WITH REGIONAL IMPACT
Under the Our Planet axis, Palladium Hotel Group has implemented multiple actions for environmental sustainability, highlighting:
The opening of an Agricultural Center in Punta Cana, focusing on beekeeping, regenerative agriculture, and community training.
Food donation in partnership with OREKA: more than 2,500 meals delivered, avoiding 615 kg of waste and 10,970 kg of CO₂ emissions.

In addition, new partnerships with institutions for the recovery of marine ecosystems in the Dominican Republic are being analyzed, with potential for expansion into Mexico.
EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS AND SUPPORT FOR EMPLOYEES
