The curator himself selects participants based on criteria such as client profile, market presence, and sales potential. "Our goal is not only to bring experiences to those already working in the luxury market, but also to train agencies looking to enter this segment. It's a different market, and professionals need to prepare themselves," says Zingalli.

In its second edition, Travel Lux maintains the model that was successful the previous year, with pre-scheduled meetings taking place every 15 minutes. The offerings for this edition have been expanded: the number of exhibitors has doubled, with the guaranteed presence of 21 brands, including hotels, destinations, and tour operators that are leading the luxury segment. The physical space has been expanded by 60%, with a new ambiance in the expanded area, which is exclusive to previously accredited travel agents, both professionals already working in high-end tourism and those with potential to enter this market. Approximately 200 agents are expected to be present at Expominas over the two days of the event.

Among the new features of this edition are a brunch reception at the Government Palace, aimed at a select group of travel agents, and the reinforcement of hospitality, with the Bistrô Bar that will be taken over by Turismo de Portugal and TAP, ambassadors of Travel Lux in 2025. To reinforce the atmosphere, the service will feature waiters dressed as flight attendants from the Portuguese area.

Registration is now open and can be completed through the Travel Next website or app. Confirmed exhibitors, in alphabetical order, are: Asia Total; Bal Harbour Miami; Belmond; Curaçao; Exclusive Travel; Flor de Lis Exclusive Hotel; Cayman Islands; Kangaroo Tours; Palácio Tangará; Paru Boutique Hotel; Pedras do Patacho Hotel Boutique; Peru Luxury Journeys; Qualitours; Queensberry; Ritz Barra de São Miguel; Samba Pati Pousada; TAP; The Palace Company; Turismo de Portugal; Velle; Zai Patacho.

Rubia Coser, founder and director of Travel Next Minas, emphasizes that "this expansion is a direct response to the success of the area, launched last year. We knew it would be a strategic space, and we're ready to further contribute to the development of new specialists in the luxury market," she says.
