The recognition is part of the index developed by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) in partnership with the LGBT+ Public Policy Institute, which this year celebrates the participation of 93 companies that, like Accor, promote safe, respectful, and inclusive workplaces for the LGBTI+ community in the country.
“This recognition reflects the ongoing work we've been doing to ensure that everyone can develop professionally in an environment where being themselves is not only welcomed, but celebrated,” said Germán Inglése, Accor's LGBT+ Ambassador in Argentina and General Manager of ibis and Novotel Buenos Aires, who participated in the official index presentation event.
In a context where social and economic challenges persist, it is even more important to highlight the organizations that have decided to deepen their commitment to equity, acting with courage and leadership to ensure that rights are not lost.
For Accor, diversity is not just a value, but a competitive advantage that fosters innovation, empathy, and teamwork. This new recognition motivates us to continue building a future where everyone can live and work with pride and authenticity.
HRC Equidad AR is a self-assessment tool designed to improve the internal processes of companies and organizations regarding LGBT+ diversity, equity, and inclusion. Each year, the HRC Equidad AR report highlights leading companies in LGBT+ inclusion in Argentina, promoting inclusive workplaces for the sexually diverse community.
