Iberia and LALIGA have renewed their agreement, under which the airline will continue to be the official sponsor of the football competition in various Latin American markets for the new season, which begins this Friday, August 15.
In this way, Iberia will remain the partner of Spain's premier football competition for the third consecutive year, and both companies will continue to bring all the excitement of sport, as well as culture and the best entertainment with a Spanish stamp, to Latin America.
Thanks to this sponsorship, various activations, events, and content will be available so that Spanish football fans can continue to enjoy the excitement of LALIGA.
This renewal of LALIGA's sponsorship agreement in Latin America coincides with another record year for connectivity between that region and Europe, as Iberia has more than 5.5 million seats on this air bridge on both sides of the Atlantic this year, 5% more than last year. Furthermore, thanks to recent increases in several countries, the airline will exceed 350 weekly flights on its routes between Spain and the 16 countries with which it connects.
