Norwegian Cruise Line unveils drydock upgrades for Norwegian Jewel and Norwegian Pearl

On both ships, guests will enjoy the addition of the popular adults-only outdoor oasis, Vibe Beach Club, which will replace the overflow sundeck on Deck 14 (separate from the main pool) and offer a new Jacuzzi, as well as 54 premium sun loungers and seven new private sun cabanas. 

Guests can enjoy a calm and serene atmosphere at the Vibe Beach Club, featuring sweeping ocean views, a full-service private bar, and personalized amenities such as water spritzers, cold towels, and fruit snacks. As this guest-favorite spot sells out quickly, prospective cruisers can now pre-book a cabana or pass to the exclusive retreat aboard Norwegian Pearl and Norwegian Jewel.

Following her three-week drydock from September 25, 2025, to October 15, 2025, Norwegian Jewel will cruise the Panama Canal and the Caribbean from Miami. 

Norwegian Pearl's renovations will take place from November 3-23, 2025, before offering a variety of Bahamas, Caribbean, and Panama Canal cruises from Miami. Both ships will visit Norwegian's private island, Great Stirrup Cay, which will feature a new pier; The Great Life Lagoon, a spacious heated pool; Splash Harbor, a 3,500-square-foot children's playground; and a Welcome Center later this year. Next year, the private island will feature a nearly five-acre Great Tides water park, featuring 19 waterslides, a 6,000-foot dynamic river, the industry's first cliff diving, and more, opening in 2026.
