Mexico City, August 27, 2025. All Nippon Airways (ANA), Japan's largest airline and a 5-Star recipient for 12 consecutive years, received the Executive Leadership Award: Asia-Pacific for the first time at the 23rd annual FlightGlobal Airline Strategy Awards 2025.
The recognition recognizes the leadership of ANA President and CEO Shinichi Inoue, whose tenure has led the company to record financial and operational performance and solidified its reputation in the global airline industry.

The judges praised the Japanese airline's rapid adoption of learnings and their application in its operations. They also highlighted the consistency of its management team in guiding the group toward sustained growth, while maintaining operational excellence.
