Giannattasio arrives at Hilton from SBE Entertainment Group, where he held the position of Director of Operations. His career spans three decades of operations and finance in global organizations, including more than a decade in the hotel industry with Starwood Hotels & Resorts where, most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Latin America, overseeing more than 100 hotels of eight brands and in almost 20 countries.
