The Riu Palace Costa Rica receives the prestigious Crystal Apple Award
The hotel located in Guanacaste, has been recognized by Apple Vacations in the category "Best Staff & Service Central America"
RIU Hotels & Resorts has once again stood out in the 2018 edition of the Golden Apple Awards. This year, the hotel chain has won 24 awards from the US tour operator Apple Vacations. The most important of these awards is the Crystal Apple Award, awarded on this occasion to the Riu Palace Costa Rica hotel in the category of Best Staff and Service. In addition, 23 RIU hotels in Mexico, Aruba, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic have received a Golden Apple Award.

He received the award from Tim Mullen, President Apple Vacations, Sandy Banin, VP Marketing Apple Vacations, Jacqueline Kuehnel, Product Strategy & Integration Apple Leisure Group and Jeff Mullen, Chief Operating Officer Vacations, Apple Leisure Group.
These prizes, the Golden Apple Award and the Crystal Apple Award, are two of the most coveted recognitions of the tourism industry and are given considering the opinion of hundreds of thousands of travelers who fill out the survey of satisfaction of Apple. Guests rate and rate the staff, the service, the quality of the food, the facilities, the beach and the activity programs. The hotels with the highest rating are awarded a Golden Apple Award and the hotel considered to be the best within its category receives the Crystal Apple Award, the most prestigious Apple Vacations award. These awards, say from Apple Vacation, give confidence to future guests and are very taken into account when choosing destinations and hotels.
