The event presented the news of Palladium Hotel Group for professionals from Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Bolivia and Uruguay


With a 20% increase in attendance compared to 2017, the third edition of the Palladium Master Experience - which attracted more than 300 guests among travel agents and tour operators from Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Bolivia and Uruguay - sought to reinforce the positioning and brand of the company, strengthen ties with its great ally in the marketing chain and communicate the news regarding reforms, openings and products for the 2018/19 season. During the meeting, which took place between October 22 and 26 at the Grand Palladium Riviera Maya Resort & Spa, professionals had the opportunity to learn about the main Palladium products, in order to enhance the sales process; at the same time that they maintained contact with the directors of the chain.​
Palladium Master Experience carried out its new edition and was full of news. In addition to the new venture in Costa Mujeres, there were investments in MICE, Wedding, the exclusive Family Selection program and also the Rafa Nadal Tennis Center, which will operate in Costa Mujeres. "Travel agents are very important for our group, this event serves to bring us closer to these professionals and also to show a little about how we carry out events focused on corporate tourism, weddings and other actions," said Mario Viazzo, commercial director of Palladium Hotel Group for Latin America.

Chic Cabaret & Restaurant
One of the high points was the dinner at Chic Cabaret & Restaurant, located at TRS Yucatan Hotel. This establishment was the best positioned among 1,122 restaurants in Playa del Carmen by TripAdvisor users. A subsidiary of the restaurant will also operate at TRS Coral Hotel, which will also open its doors in November at Costa Mujeres. The new complex, of only-adults concept and member of The Leading Hotels of the World, in Mexico, has the privilege of being the only LHW in Cancun, while only 12 other properties are part of LHW throughout Mexico.
During the Palladium Master Experience participated: Verónica Armani, Cono Sur Commercial Director (Costa Mujeres and Rafa Nadal Tennis Center); Jonatan Loidi (Sales and Marketing); Bernard Wyss, Director of Innovation and Product Development at Palladium Hotel Group (Renovations and Innovations); Elena Rodríguez, director of MICE América; Isabel Canto, Palladium Connect, the loyalty program of the Palladium Hotel Group, exclusive for travel agents.​
The Spanish group carries out a series of strategic actions aimed at the trade. In November, Palladium Hotel Group promotes Best Partners, an award for the best business partners.
