7 properties have obtained the classification of the Council of Tourism Promotion (Confotur) of the Ministry of Tourism of the Dominican Republic (Mitur)
A total of seven tourism projects that contributed 5,811 rooms, have obtained from the Tourism Development Council (Confotur) of the Ministry of Tourism of the Dominican Republic (Mitur) its corresponding classification in the month of December 2018, according to the information obtained by Infotur Dominicano
In that sense, we have the project Hotel Punta Punta Punta that has obtained its provisional classification, this project will add 445 rooms to the sector.
While in Santiago, the hotel project "Ac Santiago" which was announced a few weeks ago, will provide a total of 130 rooms, and is in the provisional classification stage.
Tepuy Juan Dolio is a tourism-real estate project to be developed in this area of the country, half an hour from the capital Santo Domingo, with a total of 312 rooms, obtaining the definitive classification.
Jardines De Monserrat, is another project in execution. This is located in Las Terrenas, Samaná. It is a condo-hotel tourist-real estate project with a total of 27 rooms. It already has its definitive classification.
Port Uvero Beach & Spa Phase III, in Uvero Alto, Macao, is a hotel project with a total of 320 rooms. This is already in the final classification stage
And finally there is the hotel project 'Rincon Bay', in Las Galeras, which was unveiled a few months ago, contributing a total of 4,572 rooms, has already achieved definitive classification.
