MITM Americas presents its 23rd edition in Cocal

Since Tuesday 12, the 36th Congress of the Federation of Latin American Congress and Related Organizing Entities has been held in Panama, of which MITM Events is a strategic partner


Charo Trabado, CEO of GSAR Marketing, will be in charge of presenting the 23rd edition of MITM Americas in Panama, which will be held from October 14 to 17 in Havana, Cuba.

The congress began at the Hotel Miramar with a welcome reception for the more than 200 tourism authorities from Latin America that have gathered for the event. During this event, Isabel Puebla, Marketing Director of Grupo Palco, gave a presentation on FIT Cuba. This year the International Tourism Fair takes MICE tourism as an object, a segment for which the government has been betting in recent years and for whose development it has MITM Americas as a fundamental pillar.

Likewise, in the lunch sponsored by the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Cuba (MINTUR), Charo Trabado will present, together with Delfin Alpizar, Director of the Gran Caribe Hotel Group, the 23rd edition of MITM Americas, of which both organizations are sponsors main.

The 23rd edition of MITM Americas will also have the sponsorship of the National Hotel, venue of the event. Throughout its 87 year history, the hotel, located on a hill in the heart of El Malecón, has been the epicenter of the meetings of the most emblematic characters of contemporary history in the Caribbean and the rest of the world. Its majestic figure and its modern comfort make it the ideal place to hold events and conventions. Its architectural and heritage values ​​led the National Hotel to be declared a National Monument of the Republic of Cuba and, last September, to receive the World Travel Award for Heritage, Monument and Memory of the World.
