Holiday Inn Lima Miraflores will open in second semester of 2019
The Miraflores district hotel will have 200 rooms, meeting rooms and business center, a restaurant, bar-cafeteria, gym and on the top floor, a pool accompanied by an indoor bar and a lounge
GRUCABA, a Peruvian company belonging to the Cabada Family, is moving forward on the construction of its Holiday Inn Lima Miraflores hotel and plans to open in the second half of 2019. It will be operated by IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group), the company that owns the Holiday Inn brand.
The Cabada Family, which is making this project a reality, comments: "We wanted to unite the strength of the already known values of the Holiday Inn brand, with a modern architecture and with clear references to the pre-Inca culture that settled in this part of the country for years, the Lima Culture. The hotel management will be in the hands of William Rodríguez, who says "We are confident that with our experience, passion and commitment we will make the Holiday Inn Lima Miraflores at the level of excellence required for tourists and visitors to the city." The manager has extensive experience managing different hotels and openings of IHG, in Colombia, Nicaragua, Venezuela, the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean.
The management of this important hotel project is in charge of the international hotel developer RH10, having been carried out the architectural design by the Studio Poggione & Biondi, and the Interior design is in charge of German Margozzini, who has been inspired by the geometrical and minimalist design of the Lima culture on which the Huacas were built, which are the main architectural references of this culture in the entire Lima region.
In addition, the decoration of the rooms, will feature photographs of Maco Vargas, a talented Peruvian artist, who is developing a graphic line around the buildings of pre-Inca architecture that are spread throughout Lima.
The hotel, located in the central Av. Ricardo Palma, a few meters from Kennedy Park, heart of the district of Miraflores, will have 200 rooms, spaces for meeting rooms and business center, a restaurant, bar-cafeteria, gym, and on the top floor, a pool accompanied by an indoor bar and a lounge.
