The planned congresses cover several areas such as medical, logistics, transportation, human resources, innovation and technology.

The business meetings with participation in Rio de Janeiro generated the possibility of attracting seven more international events focused on science and technology. The 27th World Congress of Architects (UIA 2020 RIO) will bring together some 15,000 architects from around the world and a total of more than 20,000 people.

The Congress is held by the International Union of Architects (UIA) and the Institute of Architects of Brazil (IAB). Rio de Janeiro won the competition to host the event with major destinations such as Paris, France and Melbourne, Australia.
