Meliá Recoleta presented 1557 Bistró
Author cocktails, excellent meats and a modern atmosphere are the hallmarks of this new gastronomic proposal
On Wednesday May 22, the grand opening of 1557 Bistró, the new restaurant of the Hotel Meliá Recoleta Plaza, promises to become the new hot spot in the city.
In addition to friends and the press, personalities from the show, influencers and socialites gathered.
This new gastronomic proposal has a wide range of signature cocktails, created by Sebastián García; and it stands out for the excellence of its meats. The star dish of the menu is the Tomahwak: a tender steak to share served with tomatoes, onions and roasted peppers.
The decoration of the place, between classical and modern, continues with the line of the Hotel, which maintains the facade and style of the emblematic "Residence Golden Home", which during the 1930s worked there, and which was Eva Duarte's residence until marry Juan Domingo Perón.
A different proposal and full of history, which invites diners to immerse themselves in the Buenos Aires of the past, but with magical flavors and full of the present.
