IPW 2019 began in Anaheim
More than 7,000 members of the travel industry have gathered for the 51st edition of the annual travel conference organized by the US Travel Association with the support of Visit California
Approximately 1,300 exhibitors, between destinations and companies dedicated to US tourism, with 6,000 professionals from around the world and 500 journalists representing more than 70 countries, already live in the vicinity of the Anaheim Convention Center.
The annual trade fair brings together international travel buyers and media with travel professionals who represent destinations, hotels and attractions to carry out business generated in another way through exhaustive international travel.
The IPW of the Travel Association of the United States is the leading international trade fair for incoming travel, which generates $ 4.7 billion in future trips to the United States. At the meeting, US travel exhibitors connect with travel buyers and media from more than 70 countries to promote their products, agree on future business and establish relationships. This year will be the tenth time IPW is celebrated in California and the second time it has been held in Anaheim since it was installed in 2007. In the more than 13 years since the delegates have been at the destination, Anaheim has undergone a transformation amazing.
Only in the last three years, approximately $ 4.5 billion in investment projects for the development of destinations have spread throughout the city.
