Hyatt continues to bet on the MICE segment in the Americas. During the IBTM Americas we were able to talk with Adrian Garcia, Global Director - Americas in the hotel chain who mentioned: "It is a year of many challenges and we believe that a number of events will be established over the previous year as a result of the opening of new properties such as Hyatt Ziva and Zilara in República in Punta Cana in November is a flag that is already very successful in Mexico. "
"Another good news is that Park Hyatt is coming in 2 years in Polanco and in Mexico have joined Hyatt, Thompson Zihuatanejo Hotels, Thompson Playa del Carmen as well as The Cape in Cabo San Lucas".
"We work a lot in training with Wolrd of Hyatt where we support MICE professionals with everything they need to be able to sell our properties."
