This important event in the UK market will take place at the Stamford Bridge, the legendary Chelsea F.C stadium in London from June 10 to 12

This event constitutes the platform for about 130 exhibitors from Latin America to interact with around 360 European buyers and 20 exhibitors in 9 seminars. In addition, different travel agencies and wholesalers offer destinations in the region, as well as specialized media.
Within the promotion of the city there is adventure tourism, especially the visit to the Chocó Andino Biosphere Reserve, home of the emblematic spectacled bear, a primordial species for the conservation of the fauna and flora of the humid forest.
Similarly, the importance of Quito, as the gateway to the country of the 4 worlds: Sierra, Costa, Amazonía and Galápagos, is added to the promotion strategy in this international contest.
Cultural tourism also acquires prominence and based on one of the main attractions of the city that is the Historic Center of Quito, for its history, culture and heritage, will be one of the most attractive products in this fair along with local experiences.
Quito through its representation office "Iberoamerican Communication" will promote the "Digital Positioning Plan", which includes several elements, including the New Digital Platform, which adapts to new travel trends and where the user can find information about Quito.
Also the GOUIO mobile application winner of several international awards that allows the traveler to discover the city before and during the trip, becoming the perfect companion to know Quito.
The strategy of Quito Turismo in this event, is oriented to prolong the average stay of tourists in the city, increase their average spending, as well as diversify the offer of the destination and position the tourist brand of Quito in this market.

According to provisional data provided by the Ministry of the Interior on the registration of migratory movements of 2018, Ecuador received 28,238 British visitors, which represented a growth of 10% compared to the 25,623 arrivals in 2017.
According to the Tourist Indicators System of the city of Quito, during 2018, 692,492 visitors arrived at the capital, of which 17,351 were from the United Kingdom.
