Best Western held the first Annual Hoteliers Meeting in Latin America
The event held in Lima for 3 days was attended by more than 100 hoteleries
The convention held at the Best Western Plus Urban Larco was attended by Suzi Yoder, senior vice president of international operations of the chain; Elizabeth Becerra, general director for Latin America and other executives of the region. In addition, hoteliers from Latin America participated, strategic partners and representatives of the corporate offices of the chain.
Bezerra commented: "It was a very special meeting, since for the first time we gathered hoteliers from the entire Latin American region. We had more than 100 participants, which is a historical record for all of Latin America, several members of the Best Western Staff met with the hoteliers and participated in exhibitions during the meeting "
The hoteliers participated in presentations given by strategic allies of the chain, among which STR, OTA Insight, CWT and Hotel Beds stand out. In addition, they were able to receive the latest trends in topics such as guest satisfaction and revenue management; They shared corporate news, hotel development and issues related to the sector.
During the meeting the hoteliers with the best performance in 2018 were awarded and the hotels were recognized with 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 years of experience as part of the chain.

The conversation and meeting, in several cases, part of the staff of Best Western that watches over their region, was something extremely important and I am very pleased that the impression was very positive.
