Grupo Posadas promotes Fiesta Americana hotels in LAMITE

Fiesta Americana, a brand of the hotel chain Grupo Posadas, was present at LAMITE, an event that took place in Guanacaste, Costa Rica and where they have been able to make contact with the main buyers of MICE in Latin America. To know the details, we were able to interview Diego Medoza, International Sales Manager. The executive commented: "LAMITE is an essential event for us, we come every year and we believe it is one of the 3 most important events of the year".
"Our 2020 plan is to reach 300 hotels, this year we are going to open a hotel every 2 weeks until we reach the goal of next year, the main openings are in Mexico, although we are building a hotel in the Dominican Republic".
"For us the most important issuing market is USA and in Latin America Colombia and Brazil, even so events like LAMITE empower us in all the countries of the continent".
"MICE for us is increasingly important, sales related to events already represents 40%".
"We will continue investing to promote our brand, we will hold an event in Colombia for our main clients and we will hold events in Brazil and Panama".
