Marriott announces an important agreement with GNV Group
The deal contemplates the debut of the Hotel Chain in Buenos Aires with the opening of the first W hotel in Argentina. It will open its doors in 2024
Marriott International, Inc. has signed an agreement with GNV Group to disembark in Argentina for the first time with its iconic brand W Hotels Worldwide and in one of the most coveted scenarios, the dazzling Buenos Aires. The growing presence of new developers and more consumers who aspire to the bold design of the W Hotels with its distinctive Whatever / Whenever® service made this impressive project possible, which plans to open its doors by the year 2024 and with an estimated investment in the US. $ 100 million. Both the hotel and its residences will be located in the same 35-story multipurpose tower, ready to set trends in the modern and vibrant Puerto Madero in the heart of the city and pursuing the passion of this brand that always goes for the new and the next.

W Buenos Aires will be designed by the internationally renowned architect Carlos Ott and the local studio BMA, making reference to culture, heritage and passion for design. The lively proposal between meeting spaces, restaurants and a bar on the terrace with an incredible panoramic view of the city, will be the perfect setting for the 150 rooms planned for this magnificent hotel.
