Embratur develops new brand for international promotion

"Brazil, visit and love us" is the slogan that invites foreigners to get to know and enjoy Brazilian destinations


An international, open, diverse and patriotic Brazil, besides love and enchantment as an invitation to all the tourists of the world, supported by the research that 96% of the tourists that visit Brazil intend to return. This is the new brand of the Brazilian Tourism Institute (Embratur), which presents the slogan "Visit and Love us", which means this invitation to visitors to delight in Brazil, so they enjoy everything we can offer.

The national flag, recognized internationally, happens to be the greater icon that inspires this new mark. "It's the biggest national symbol. Our nature, our sportsmen, music, food, all these points of the national culture took our flag out there with great mastery, and we, as a government, must live up to this country so rich, "explains the president of Embratur, Gilson Machado Neto. "We are also inspired by the rose of the winds, in a Brazil that in all its directions is beautiful and full of life, nature, culture and enchantment", completes the president.

The new brand was developed internally, by Embratur's servers, so as to also raise another flag of the Federal Government, which is economical. It can also be emphasized the agility of the process, which in a short time brought this project to the fore.

Another Embratur change in this initiative was the use of the letter 'z' instead of the 's' in the spelling of the name of the Country. The idea is to use the language of the world tourism and to strengthen the digital marketing of the brand "Brazil", facilitating the searches on the Internet by foreigners. As the spelling in English takes the letter Z, in this way, references to the Institute can be better found with "Brazil" being written in this language.

"Tourism in Brazil is experiencing a new moment. This new brand will seal this and the importance that the Federal Government gives to the tourism sector, strengthening the image of Brazil and its flag throughout the world, "says President Gilson Machado Neto.

The Institute intends to make an official launch of the new brand, with the participation of the President of the Republic, Jair Bolsonaro.
