Responding to the growing desire of consumers worldwide for premium and worry-free vacations, Marriott International, Inc. More than 2,000 rooms on the way
The contracts recently signed by Marriott International will provide five all-inclusive properties in the Caribbean and Latin America that combined will offer more than 2,000 rooms. The planned resorts will be:

Punta Cana, Dominican Republic
650-room Autograph Collection resort (opening scheduled for 2022)
NIA, Riviera Nayarit, Mexico
The Ritz-Carlton resort with 240 rooms (opening scheduled for 2023)
Westin Hotels resort with 400 rooms (opening scheduled for 2023)
Autograph Collection resort with 300 rooms (early opening by 2025)
Marriott Hotels resort with 500 rooms (opening scheduled for 2025)

Artha Capital, a leading private equity and real estate development company based in Mexico City, plans to create NIA, a flagship all-inclusive destination to present four of Marriott International's premium and luxury brand experiences in the Riviera Nayarit . It is estimated that this project covers 90 hectares of tropical climates along the Pacific coast.

Marriott International potentiates its renowned brands
Given the growing demand for premium and luxury all-inclusive stays, Marriott International initially plans to build its platform taking advantage of its renowned luxury and full-service brands: The Ritz-Carlton, Luxury Collection, Marriott Hotels, Westin Hotels, W Hotels, Autograph Collection and Delta by Marriott. Guests will enjoy a unique all-inclusive vacation experience, along with the authentic design, culinary offer and specific amenities of each brand. All-inclusive resorts that will carry the Marriott Hotels brand, for example, will focus primarily on serving families, while W-brand resorts will serve adults.

These new Marriott International resorts will offer a variety of services, culinary options and experiences for all ages, designed specifically for each brand. For adults, all-inclusive amenities may include fitness and spa facilities, gourmet restaurant meals, adult-only pools, 24-hour room service, local nightclubs, and unlimited premium drinks menu. Family-oriented resorts may offer options such as water sports and other sports activities, innovative clubs for children and teenagers, theaters, children's spa options and multiple entertainment venues.
