Despegar renews long-term commercial agreement with Sabre
The leading technology provider for the global tourism industry announced the renewal of its commercial agreement with the online travel company
The long-term extension of the contract ensures the continuity of access by Despegar to the global distribution system (GDS) leading the Saber market, boosting the service of the online agency to an estimated 140 million visitors unique.
Despegar has a strong track record in Latin America, with a presence in 20 markets, which represents 95% of the region's population. Through its commercial agreement with Saber, it will strengthen its position as the “only stop” for consumers. By using Saber's innovative advanced technology for flight searches, Despegar will offer its travelers access to content from hundreds of airlines around the world, including a growing range of extra offers (ancillaries) and branded fares (branded fares) ), which will allow them to build an optimal and personalized travel experience.
