The first Version of the Travel & Mice Business Forum, a new training and business event for the corporate travel industry and the MICE segment will be lived between tomorrow and September 20 at the AR Convention Center Bogotá; Its objective is to create an atmosphere conducive to closer authentic commercial relationships between suppliers and buyers in the industry, through differential actions far from the conventional, creating spaces for cultural exchange and networking.
TMBForum aims to support the growth of the Travel Industry and the MICE segment, bringing together most of the actors in the tourism chain, including Corporate Travel Agencies (TMC), DMC, Hotels, Airlines, Payment Methods, Technology Platforms , among others; providing an opportunity for companies in the sector to expand, strengthen and evolve. And from another angle creating differential strategies to stimulate the demand of the corporate buyers of the Industry.
It is a work in two directions “Buyers not only want to buy tickets and hotels, but a global strategy that allows them to meet their strategic objectives”, hence the importance of the travel and meetings sector having to be trained by the different changes and dynamics that transform the business, so everyone in this environment must be open to new alternatives and options to make our work more productive.
Obeying these new trends TMBForum will have an interesting academic agenda, developed by national and international speakers who will share their knowledge and expertise, integrating innovative experiential activities. And on the other hand it will have two exclusive spaces for the business conference with scheduled appointments through specialized software that will allow greater interactivity for new businesses.
The congress integrates in its scheme a relational marketing strategy, which will provide the consolidation of lasting commercial ties between buyers and suppliers, will be a differential event of connection, experientiality and inspiration.
