Tourism dressed as a party on the second day of the 24th edition of the International Tourism Fair with great support from the public that filled the stands and enjoyed shows, colors and flavors from each province of Argentina and from different parts of the world .
The 52 countries and 24 participating Argentine provinces offered interesting promotions, raffles, talks, cooking classes, tastings of typical and musical meals throughout Sunday. The families that visited the FIT lived unique experiences for all ages through virtual reality simulators, interactive games, live bands, typical dances from different corners of Argentina and the world. In addition, for the first time in the history of the exhibition, retail travel agencies in Argentina were able to market in the field of FIT and all visitors buy their vacations within the Fair.
For those who could not approach the Fair, FAEVYT in conjunction with the Ministry of Tourism of the Nation, launched FITSALE, an initiative that brings together until October 12, the best promotions to travel through Argentina: travel.tur.ar.
On the other hand, the auditoriums presented a varied offer of talks and dissertations that ranged from wine tourism, safari as a way of traveling to the presentation of the season of different national and international destinations. Also, for the first time the presentation of the CocinAR auditorium that brings together the best proposals of the country's gastronomy was made.
During the day there was space to advance in the matter of inclusion through the signing of a letter of intent between FAEVYT and the accessible Tourism Network through which work will be done to train travel agencies in accessibility. "Advancing in an articulated way, committed to more accessible tourism is the responsibility of all the actors that make up this industry," said Gustavo Hani, president of FAEVYT and FIT at the end of the event. FIT opens its doors today from 10 am to receive exclusively professionals from the sector. The day will feature the start of the Business Rounds, a classic that offers an exclusive marketing space where wholesale operators, tourism service providers and hundreds of professionals from various countries and Argentina that participate as buyers come together. In addition, in the FIT TECH pavilion, it will be the turn of the Forum Latam Travel that brings together the best experts in the areas of marketing, distribution, technology and innovation in tourism.
