Universal Orlando presents new Harry Potter attraction at FIT
It is a roller coaster that features Hagrid's motorcycle and crosses the entire Forbidden Forest at 80 kilometers per hour
Universal Orlando has had an outstanding space within the VisitUSA booth, there we have interviewed Pedro Davoli Neto, Senior Manager, Bisoness Develpment Latin America. The executive commented: "FIT has been a positive event for us. We have promoted the new roller coaster attraction of Harry Potter, the main character is Hagrid's motorcycle and crosses the entire Forbidden Forest at 80 kilometers per hour telling a story while traveling along a route surrounded by natural environments in which there are creatures of Harry's universe. "
"To support the demand well we have also invested in expanding accommodation options, today we have 8 hotels with a total of 9000 rooms."
"Latin America is fine, although different from the previous years. Chile, Colombia and Mexico are growing, Brazil is the same as last year and unfortunately Argentina has lowered its demand. In general terms our sales are similar to last year. We have high expectations of what that happens in 2020. We trust that in Argentina we will grow again. It is our second market in the region. "
"We are educating the trade market a lot so that they can sell it in an assisted way. It is not easy to sell Orlando and the training makes a difference."
