More than 150 square meters of Absen LED screens have been installed, not only inside the airport lounge, but also along its corridors

Mariscal Sucre International Airport has just presented a high profile digital signage system. Absen supplied the latest generation of technology for LED screens.

The airport is located east of Quito, 25 kilometers from the historic center of the city, and absorbs 9.9% of global passenger traffic. It is the first international airport in Ecuador in the entire region of Latin America and the Caribbean and is also the busiest airport in the country and one of the busiest in South America.

Mariscal Sucre International Airport selected Absen's LED screens with 3.9 mm pixel pitch (distance between pixels). In total, more than 150 square meters of Absen LED screens were installed, not only inside the airport lounge, but also along its corridors. LED screens of different sizes were installed, including 8x2m, 5x3m, 3.5x2m, 6.5x1m, 6x1m, 4x2m, 1x1.5m, 1x2m, 1.5x2m and -in the corners- LED screens 90 ° angle doubles.
