They recognize Wyndham as the best place to work for LGBTQ equality
This is the second consecutive year in which the world's largest hotel company obtains a perfect score in the Corporate Equality Index
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts (NYSE: WH) received a perfect rating in the 2020 Corporate Equality Index (CIS), a national benchmarking survey and report on practices related to equality in the LGBTQ workplace, administered by the Foundation of the Human Rights Campaign (HRC).
This is the second year in a row that Wyndham gets a perfect score in the CIS, recognizing the company as Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality every year since the start of the company.

"This recognition highlights our commitment to recruit and retain a workforce that reflects the diversity of our guests, owners and communities worldwide," he added.
When considering the importance of inclusion, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts attracts various consumers, providing cozy environments in its hotels, as well as supporting its team members.

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is among the 1,059 companies rated in this year's report. The Human Rights Campaign Foundation (HRC) uses criteria based on employee benefits, diversity training, employee recruitment and community commitment to determine the Corporate Equality Index (CIS) scores. .

In 2019, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts joined the HRC Business Coalition for the Equality Act of the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, a group of leading U.S. employers that support equality.
