Meliá Punta Cana Beach Resort, the Meliá Hotels International (MHI) adults-only and all-inclusive resort located in the Dominican Republic has launched its new Wellbeing 360º experience, a set of wellness activities and treatments designed to guide and connect guests through his personal development with the body, mind, spirit, emotions and nature. Launched on January 15 at the Meliá Punta Cana Beach Resort, it is an unprecedented program in the Caribbean destination.
This new concept of wellness offers its guests a program of daily activities led by experts, as well as social spaces where yoga, meditation, cooking classes, bicycle tours, botanical gardening workshops and ceremonies around the fire. For those looking for more moments of introspection, the Spaces of Silence have been created that offer individual painting activities, sound healing points, reading booths and rituals in the spiritual labyrinth. The gym has also been renovated with a completely new equipment and offering group-led classes.
As part of this innovative proposal, the hotel also launches its new The Level Wellness Suites by Stay Well ™, 24 new rooms that add up to 178 The Level suites, the Meliá Hotel & Resorts brand VIP accommodation option, with That the resort already told. Offering the ultimate experience in wellness trips, The Level Wellness Suites by Stay Well ™ includes a day and person spa treatment, a personal wellness concierge and a personal bike to explore the resort. In addition, these rooms are equipped with aromatherapy system to improve mood, simulation of dawn to wake up gradually and softly, and a shower infuser that reduces chlorine to leave hair and skin softer. As part of the Wellbeing 360º experience at Meliá Punta Cana Beach guests can enjoy its renovated YHI Spa. With 204 m2, it has seven cabins with private outdoor showers, three cabins for couples with private hydromassage and a reserved area with Atabeira water circuit. This healing space is designed to promote relaxation, health and calm through body stimulation with water rituals that include a dynamic pool with pressure jets for legs and waist, saunas, steam rooms, and much more.

In order to offer a complete wellness experience, Meliá Punta Cana Beach has also improved the gastronomic offer of five of its sixteen restaurants emphasizing healthy options. Guests of The Level and The Level Wellness Suites by Stay Well ™ will have exclusive access to Chimera, an author's restaurant of international cuisine and organic ingredients with a wide variety of vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. This restaurant also has a smoothie and juice bar where guests can create their own healthy combination of super foods, such as moringa, chia seeds and turmeric, among others. On the other hand, 4 other restaurants of the resort already include healthy menus.
