It consists in promoting environmental practices among those who stay at the hotel and its employees.
During the previous process, the hotel staff committed to a cause that demanded hard work. The modifications in the way of performing the tasks, the care of the materials and work supplies, the commitment of the staff and the guests themselves, were essential attitudes to obtain the certification.
"The development of the certification program has allowed us to implement tasks aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction, becoming an example of good practices with the local community and maintaining a continuous improvement of sustainable management at the social, economic and environmental levels," he said. Diego Flores, responsible for the hotel.
This recognition reaffirms the commitment of the hotel and the chain to continue promoting sustainable management as an indisputable practice within the quality processes in all its establishments.
