ATELIER de Hoteles restarts operations with novel sanitary measures
The hotel group takes care of its guests and collaborators through its "Shielded Vacations" program
ATELIER de Hoteles, the Mexican hotel chain recognized for its innovative concept of Handmade Hospitality®, announced that its properties, both in Cancun and in Playa Mujeres, are ready to restart operations.
By virtue of the latest reports and recommendations of the authorities and official health agencies, at the local and federal levels, as well as the World Health Organization (WHO), to prevent the spread of COVID-19, ATELIER de Hoteles has integrated new and strict sanitary measures, framed in its program called Shielded Vacations.
"At ATELIER de Hoteles, hygiene and cleanliness have always been fundamental and key pieces of the luxury service that characterizes us, so that the new protocols and official provisions for care and prevention were only a logical extension of our Shielded Vacations program, the which was developed in collaboration with medical personnel and experts in the field of health ”, reported Oliver Reinhart, CEO of ATELIER de Hoteles.
In this sense, ATELIER de Hoteles has made available to its guests the site www.atelierdehoteles.com.mx/shielded-vacations, which includes the details of the actions of the program, including the following:
-On arrival there will be sanitizing mats for shoes and misting of guests' suitcases.
-To reduce physical contact, the Playa Mujeres resorts have a new mobile application, which allows registering, consulting restaurant menus, chatting with the e-concierge and ordering services for the Suites.
-The placement of antibacterial gel dispensers in all public areas and in all consumption centers.
-Creation of the "Health Squad" for cleaning and disinfection in rooms, public areas, offices and high traffic areas.
-Implementation of mists against COVID-19 in the Suites, before the arrival of the guest and constantly in restaurants, gym, spa and other public areas.
-Application of healthy distance in all consumption centers.
-Program of "Mandatory handwashing", every 30 to 45 minutes.
-Use of "Global 9" and "USA Clean Line" chemicals and detergents to wash and disinfect all areas.
