Safe Stay Beach
In reaction to the COVID-19 pandemic, and to respond to the concerns of its guests, Playa Resorts has developed the Playa Safe Stay initiative.
Based on the philosophy of providing "Service From The Heart", the all-inclusive Playa experience combines the wide open spaces of its low-density resorts with the guarantee of trust provided by its partner brands, offering a product superior to any other. In this new environment where trust and familiarity are paramount, Playa will be the first choice for guests seeking an all-inclusive experience free of health and safety concerns.

"Our hearts go out to the communities where we operate and to all the people in the world who have been affected by this pandemic," said Gregory Maliassas, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Playa Hotels & Resorts. “As we prepare to open our resorts, there is no higher priority than the health and safety of our guests and associates. We have been working diligently for months, with the help of Hyatt and Hilton, in implementing new procedures and policies as part of the Playa Safe Stay promise, to ensure safety and exceed the expectations of our guests while vacationing at any resort in Beach".
