Ágora Bogotá fully adapted its facilities and its service platform taking into consideration the strict hygiene measures established in national and international protocols and supervised by the national and district governments and health authorities.
This five-story, eighteen-room venue now enforces strict standards to build confidence and well-being in visitors. Proof of this is the mandatory distance of 1.80 meters that must be taken into account between one person and another, the temperature measurement and the repeated use of antibacterial gel and mask. The dedication of Ágora Bogotá has been so much that the handling of food is one hundred percent safe, according to the standards of the World Health Organization and the District Secretary of Health of Bogotá.
For its part, Grand Hyatt Bogotá resumed operations and reinvented the hotel experience, with the safety and tranquility of guests as priorities. “The most important thing to welcome them is to do it safely. We go beyond cleaning, to advance in the care of all our experiences, ”said Phillipe Frey, general manager.
