With a prominent location on Buenos Aires' iconic 9 de Julio Avenue, the 298-room property is the first to raise the flagship flag of Marriott in Argentina since 2013


Marriott International announced today the long-awaited opening of the Buenos Aires Marriott Hotel. Formerly operated as the Hotel Panamericano Buenos Aires, the property went through an extensive conversion process to meet the recent Marriott quality standards. Located in the heart of the city, with easy access to must-see attractions such as the Teatro Colón, the Obelisk and the Palace of Justice, the hotel is ready to become a favorite for business and leisure travelers visiting this destination. The Buenos Aires Marriott Hotel will be managed by Gotel Hotel Management, a company belonging to the Grupo Hoteles Panamericano created to operate its own hotels and those of third parties, and in turn strategically collaborate in the expansion of other Marriott brands in the Southern Cone.

Offering a unique 360 ​​° panoramic view towards some of the most emblematic points of the city, such as Recoleta, Puerto Madero and San Telmo, the property presents an eclectic Buenos Aires design, including two towers inspired by the classic French-influenced architecture that still today prevails in the city.

Continuing with the spirit of the Marriott Hotels brand that seeks to create spaces that inspire and nurture the creativity of guests, each room was carefully designed seeking to achieve a balance of functionality, style and comfort.
