The Radisson hotel chain starts engines and opens operations with biosafety protocols and SGS certification, having as a priority the health and safety of guests, for which it has adjusted its processes by developing a cleaning and disinfection protocol with the SGS certifier. To receive their guests globally, they have "committed to providing a clean and safe environment with health and safety protocols" that range from taking temperature and use of gel upon entry, to distancing themselves in the lobby, social areas, restaurants , lounges, meeting rooms, gym and wet area.
