The emblematic hotel obtained the Safe Travels seal from the WTTC and now offers all the gastronomy of “The Brick Kitchen” in its gardens
The emblematic Sofitel Buenos Aires Recoleta hotel reopened its doors, after several months of inactivity due to the pandemic. During these months, the management team implemented all the security measures and protocols necessary to receive guests with the high standard of service that characterizes them. The hotel obtained the international Safe Travels seal, which implies the implementation and compliance of protocols designed under the guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO) and certifies the establishment as a safe place: “We have prepared ourselves to offer confidence and security both to our clients as well as to our collaborators to reactivate local tourism in this first instance and thus be able to provide those who visit us with an open-air gastronomic alternative,
In addition, The Brick Kitchen restaurant has already opened its doors, led by Javier Marrone, Executive Chef of Sofitel Buenos Aires Recoleta so that both the local public and guests can enjoy the hotel's gastronomy. Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays they offer from 12 to 15 hrs, lunches from the well-known "Javier's Menu" with options of two and three steps; and in the afternoon, from 3.30 to 5.30 p.m., the outdoor tea service is available in the hotel gardens.
On the other hand, as part of the “new normal” the hotel launched the Room Office initiative, which will be in effect until March 31, 2021. Currently, rooms with a maximum capacity of up to 10 people, LCD for projection and technical assistance.
With the aim of reactivating the industry in Argentina, Sofitel Buenos Aires Recoleta is part of the PREVIAJE program, promoted by the Ministry of Tourism. All Argentine guests who make reservations online with the terms and conditions of this program will be able to access its benefits. Sofitel Buenos Aires Recoleta adapted the cleaning and disinfection systems in the establishment, following both local regulations and the strict measures of the exclusive “ALLSAFE” cleaning and prevention seal, designed by Accor together with the international agency Bureau Veritas, leader in tests. , inspection and certification, which includes more than 150 protocols implemented in each establishment of the group globally.
