Casa del Sol Machu Picchu Boutique Hotel achieves WTTC Safe Travels certification
The Hotel becomes the first and only one in the mythical Peruvian destination with the international seal of biosafety and hygiene
The hotel, located in the town of Machu Picchu, a few minutes from the legendary Inca citadel and near the train station, has implemented the health and biosafety protocols established by MINCETUR and those specific to achieve the Safe Travels certification, with in order to keep the staff in a safe space, prepare for the future reopening and receive guests again.

As a complement to the biosecurity protocols implemented, the hotel is designing a non-contact check-in and check-out system, in its effort to promote adequate distancing in its facilities.
Casa del Sol Machu Picchu Boutique Hotel is also on the way to obtain the ISO 9000 quality management seal, this being a Quality Management standard that contains the standards to increase business efficiency and customer satisfaction. The objective of this certification is to implement a quality management system within an organization that provides security and reliability at an international level. In this way, clients have the conviction that the hotel meets all quality standards.
Jorge Molina concludes "We have taken the step to achieve the ISO 9000 certification that we hope to obtain soon, as a commitment to offer high quality standards of service to our guests."
Currently, the hotel is in a process of renovating its rooms and common areas, which is scheduled to end in January 2021 and its reopening would be scheduled immediately.
