It is the first time that the most important tourism event in Colombia has innovated in its format
The ANATO Tourist Showcase has been a benchmark scenario in Latin America for the construction of new business contacts and the strengthening of existing ones. It is in this space, in which the tourist offer of the year is defined by the hand of the products and services of the companies that congregate there.
Taking into account current conditions and as an opportunity for those who will not be able to attend the event in person, the ANATO Virtual Tourist Showcase will be held on May 5, 6 and 7 in which, through an online platform, those interested They will schedule and hold their meetings using the Appointment Scheduling tool available on the website for exhibitors and professional visitors.
“There are those who will not be able to accompany us in person as usual, but we do not want them to lose the opportunity to participate and do business. We are at a crucial moment, in which the creation of alliances and the strengthening of business relationships are key to the reactivation and recovery of the sector ”, explained Paula Cortés Calle, executive president of ANATO.
And he added: “It is the first time that we carry out our event in a virtual way, and without a doubt it is a challenge, but technology has always been our ally and we are sure that we will achieve the objective of the ANATO Tourist Showcase: to have the departments of Colombia , different countries and the entire sector chain in the same place so that together we can promote tourism and continue to show why it is a great contributor to the Colombian economy ”.
It should be noted that as of May 5, participants will be able to schedule virtual appointments; and on May 6 and 7 the commercial sample of the event opens.
