Transamerica São Paulo launches app to facilitate check-in
Application is now available and brings, in addition to Easy Check-In, hotel information and menus
Always guided by innovation and adaptability, Hotel Transamerica São Paulo announced the launch of its application, a novelty that will make the entire stay of its guests safer and more practical. Available for iOS and Android systems, the app arrives to respond to the new demands generated by the pandemic, with reinforcement of health protocols and social distance, in addition to being part of a natural evolution of the hotel, which has been building and shaping new forms of service since last year.
One of the highlights among the features of the application will be Easy Check-In, which will allow guests to avoid queues and crowds at the reception and make their check-in directly from their cell phone, speeding up their arrival at the hotel.
Through the app, guests can also consult and make their reservations, use the virtual concierge and check the menus available in the room service, in addition to having at hand all the main information about the hotel, including the protocols adopted against Covid-19. The hotel delivers its app also promising new functions with a brief launch, such as the technology for opening doors via smartphone, little explored in Brazil.
