For a long time, technology became not only an indispensable aid in work environments, but the most important tool. The era of digital innovation is changing the ways of working and this has repercussions on companies and their internal organizational policies. Sectors such as Human Resources, which used to work on the basis of papers and documents, have the possibility of fully digitizing their tasks to function more efficiently and effectively, and act as a strategic area for the company's business.
